no no.. see if its any better with the mbc
-
see if its the same anyway.... not too up on the greedy units.. always used HKS
-
lol, i havent got it for sale or anything so even if the ecu sells you can have first dibs on the EBC.... i heard the A gave trouble but the B was a more sorted unit... a good EBC will be 100 times better than any MBC but no harm seeing will it be the same outcome as your EBC
-
did hear stories about the A alright.. had a hks evc 4 on mine with internal wastegate and it never even creeped once.. great unit.. still there, could do a deal with the ecu, lol... ah see how you get on, i wouldnt trust a MBC tbh tho...
-
ya the dipswitch... maybe a faulty unit so
-
have you set the EBC to external setup ya?
-
just do one at the time. that way it will be easier re locating them in the bay without jacking pulling and dragging
-
remember, after getting out the rubber, ull have to take out the rings also or the powerflex rubbers wont fit in.. after that its simple... each mount rubber comes in 2 halfs so slots in either side of mount, then just insert pin... i just cut out both engine mount rubbers with a hacksaw blade but had to burn out the gearbox mount rubber.. to cut out the rings, just cut through in 2 places and they will fall out

cheers man..

useless system for limiting.. its only good for pops and bangs.. if you want a good rev limiter, go with omex.. most N/A rally cars use that system
-
lol, dont i know the feeling all too well.. might be still around in a week or so, in no great rush to sell
-
its like any of the plug and plays mate, removes speed limit, raises rev limit etc etc etc
-
its a manual ecu mate
-
all the plug and plays are different.. they were designed for different set ups.. the likes of the jam ecus need to be bedded in, normally takes up to 50miles or so for it to start fueling properly...
-
