    ive the HKS evc 4 and its the best boost controller ive used... its very easy to setup but your turbo must be 100% for the learn mode to function... set the HKS actuator to .6 and do the learn mode on the controller and thats it..... very steady boost control.. have mine for sale on here atm

    have you the control unit set right to your setup? theres a switch on the back for either internal wastegate or external wastegate

    if the temp gauge is dropping while driving its the thermostat.. if it isnt and your still not getting heat through the heaters, its the heater matrix

    boost creep cause of the free flowing decat.. try restricting the filter to see if it improves

    using my HKS evc 4 for a few years now with zero issues.... if the turbo isnt in good shape it wont learn properly tho.. very stable boost with it
