he is going forged! i ran mine at 1.2 bar and at 1bar it had alot more top end, was under alot of stress at 1.2 bar! may well just be my hybrid/setup or map either!
my tongs spec gt hybrid blows hot air at 1.2 bar and lost alot of top end power but has nice low down torque.go td04 as i am soon, hybrids are a waste, little more lag on td04 but it will defo out run any hybrid both at 1.4 bar imo
any knocking or banging when you floor and lift off the trottle? that would indicate engine mounts or one of them atleast. i replaced all mine with stiff powerflex ones, , dont think mounts help a crunch mate
tongs spec gt hybrid mate! its all down to the stock restrictive exhaust housing imo. my one ran good at 1.0 bar and at 1.2 bar it made very nice toque however it had alot of detonation above 5500rpm in 5th so had to loose alot of power to have it safe
hybrid at that boost will be running very hot and blowing out hot air mate! mine at 1.2 bar was at that and had to sacrifice some top end power with the map
got the lsd box and poweflex mounts fitted took out the whole engine and box to do it! again lol nice difference both items made. didnt really test them much as I've the cat in for the nct the 20th and then its a change of turbo kit. engine bay is dirty as fuck but i couldnt give a shite tbh and my everyday beast..
