There two types fella, c56 and c52 the c52 is from a gt and has longer 3rd/4th gears but second is the same on both of them I believe so maybe you were just unlucky. The c52 can handle well over twice what your running, there people running 370-400bhp. -

The Honda bar that fits is a c piller bar not exactly the place you won't to hang your harnesses as it's far too high unless I'm mistaken in what bar your talking about

Emb would be more than capable, emu would squeeze a couple more bhp but will aslo cost a few hundred more usually imo wouldn't be worth it stick with emb

Nope, racetech even changed the mesh from Ali to stainless as it's much stronger

If needs be you can always get a set of locks from a breakers, both doors and ignition barrel plus keys

C pillar bar does fit but that's not suspension struts

Looks stunning abbot, I have the same problem with my Wepr kit on the gtx30 but agaisnt the p/s pump I've got about 4-5mm which leaves no space for anything other than mesh which is a shame because I wasnred a nice velocity stack on there

Shouldn't think it would be a problem to be honest just swap them round. Bit of advice though I took mine out and left them in oil/petrol over nights and it worked fantastic afterwards,
