    Why do you need a new one Adam? A lad from our end (also called Adam) had problems with his and it turned out to be the crank :/ but we have spares if Ryan can't sort you out!

    A guy who has a lock up near us does Ferrari reps using ford shells (I think). They look the part tbf once they're all sprayed up but it would just be like driving a fibre glass cock extension round I reckon and pure embarrassment if something tried to race you haha

    Been running lean/hot that IMO. Shiny patches on the inlet side.... Check my melted pistons thread, mine looked the same

    haha classic blanked mine off for good now and just left the pcv open to atmosphere. the only time it has smoked on the same scale since is when the pistons melted, and even then it was no where near as bad as you'd expect! haha

    Don't go pulling it apart just yet! My Pcv had an off moment one day in mc Donald's drive through the smoke coming out the back was insane. Best part was there was a trophy wife in a convertible merc with the top down and she was chewing on castrol for about ten minutes haha never did t before then never done it since.

    But you said it's using oil? Oil has to be going somewhere right? And unless there's a leak then it must be burning it. Blank the port on the inlet where the Pcv goes to and take it for a drive/rev it. The Pcv is supposed to close when driving/under boost. If its not closing properly it will chuck shit in the inlet.

    I have 2 rocker covers, one chirps and the other doesn't. Other than drive me mad it has never seeme to affect anything I wouldn't worry.
