There's a kid near me with a white glanza with green side skirts/door handles/spoiler etc. looks like a train wreck mate don't do it!

All my fte heads (glanza and gt) have it open. But someone else has said this too, I've only noticed it between the efe and fte though. Either way I have the wrong bloody gasket haha

The 4efe inlet gasket is different from the 4efte in the bottom left hand corner. If you put an efe gasket on an fte, it pisses coolant out. Talking from experience.

I have a horrific crack around one of my exhaust manifold studs and it's still not leaked anything. I'd say headgasket. And unless the thermostat housing was leaking, a buggered thermostat wouldn't cause it to use water? Check the oil filler cap for mayo and give it a compression test. Leave it idling up to temp and have a good look for leaks. Check around the 4th runner on the inlet manifold to see if it's had the wrong inlet gasket fitted as that would cause a coolant leak too I reckon.

Mine has 180psi across all four cylinders. You're mainly looking for the difference between the cylinders, a difference of more than a bar between two or more of the cylinders is not good. Remember to crank it over with the throttle wide open too (and disconnect the fuel pump)

Compression test? I've done mine on a weekly basis more or less, because I'm so paranoid . have a look at Plugs while you're at it .

Oil also gets thinner when warm though so could be valve stem seals I'd be tempted to say, if you're confident it's not Pcv.

Mine is similar to this, think it's my Pcv valve sticking. Or valve stem seals.

I'm gutted that you're so far away, I would have given £150 for it in a heart beat but I can't trailer it all the way from sour Wales, would take years haha. Gutted

I ran mine without one for a while and didn't notice a difference, which makes me think there's a break in the wire on mine somewhere... And i have a wideband so i could see the afr and it was no different with or without... Hmmm...
