If you do the above you can't go wrong. Even if you're using a torque wrench make sure you torque up the nuts slowly. Don't tighten one fully then move Onto the next One, do one halfway, then the next halfway, and so on, then start from the beginning and tighten them up a bit more. They're not hard to do really, unless you swing off the spanner you cant really go wrong! good luck!

Don't over-tighten the nuts when you put the new manifold on. Especially around the 4th runner, you'll end up snapping a chunk of the head off. Run it for a few mins to get it warm before you crack them off. Clean up the flange on the manifold and around the ports on the head with some sandpaper before you put the new gasket on. When removing or tightening the nuts, start from the centre and work outwards.

A friend of mine who's not on here might end up breaking his gt dude, ill pm you if he does and ill send you the bits you're after. I'm not assaying they're overpriced, just that I can't spend the money on them right now as I'm trying to save up for a trip to td, but glwts buddy they'll sell in no time

When the engine was out if mine a few months ago I put a new inlet on and set up the new TPS once it was running. Checked it recently and it was way out. Just a possibility

You could Try setting up your TPS with a multimeter?

It will just be running rich because of the crack. The lambda will think that it's lean because the afr in the decat will appear lean. Just put a new decat on it
