  7. Hey guys and girls i have another update and some bad news. The shedlet engine is looking rather poorly at the moment as i have just about raped it. the cam belt has been removed, the turbo, cat and manifold have been removed. also a few brackets, air con pump and PAS pump have been removed. then i found that on the manifold that no.3 had done the usual and cracked the manifold. BADLY! heres some pics to have a squiz at. on a good note though the turbo is in good condition with only minor cracking on the wastegate. here are some more pics for reference, cambelt on cambelt off timin

  18. hey all, just a small update. got in today and decided to have a go at getting the dash to sit straight. some one had obviously had it off for some reason so i decided to have a look and see why. i soon found out the answer why the dash wasn't sitting properly on the shell. the wiring loom had been attached to the dash bar (as best as i can describe it) so the dash itself wasnt even getting close. when i looked at the rear of the dash i noticed that some holes had screws missing, then it clicked. the wiring loom attaches to the back of the dash then the dash gets installed to the car. so
  19. dude! you need to get an update done! plus u need to come to hull one weekend or something to work on project shedlet lol

  21. check for a binding brake bud. like amjad said it sounds braking related. dont just put it all down to the front brakes, the rear brakes could be a factor too.
  22. no worries. it will be much easier. the problem you may have is the nats.
  23. here ya go one ca18det lump in a almera ;)
  24. yea il do my best. if its just the engine loom he needs thats easy. if its the full loom he needs then thats going to give you nightmares. your better off splicing into the micra loom with the sr20 loom. should be pretty easy that way.
