  1. So basically on my pump.. Black = Positive Red = Negative Will give it a whirl tomorrow. This has wasted so much of my time. Almost lost the plot when for 6th time it didn't start today. Urghhhh!!!
  2. Is that a TuningDevelopments one? If it is, it proves mines been built incorrectly!
  3. So is the OEM it's leading me to believe it's wrong. But if so, how is it powered when I stop cranking..
  4. Haven't tried a multimeter will tomorrow. It's clearly not pumping fuel as if I whip the OEM back in the car starts first time. But the wiring appear different to the marking on the pump to how it's wired on the plug. But it does whine after you stop cranking. I'm leaning towards a potentially faulty fuel pump. As why else would it not work?
  5. I was but my fuel pump won't crank the car
  6. Well this is what puzzles me and the electrician. However, we've just tried to start it and it doesn't fire up! BUT, when you stop trying you can hear it buzzing as though it's retracting any fuel and dropping it in the tank. He thinks the plugs been wired wrong, so tomorrow we're going to go black>blue then red > black. He thinks the plugs wired opposite from factory hence why it won't start.. Yet still.. It whines after you stop cranking which would indicate it's getting power. Seriously fucked off with this tuning developments pump. (Which is actually a walbro anyway)
  7. Have a look at the plug I got. Are the wires the wrong way round on the plug? Does anyone also know if it's polarity sensitive?
  8. I have thought this! What's involved in removing it? And colour ideas??
  9. I'm from Eastbourne, brands is roughly an hour away straight up the A22/A21!
  10. Most sensible post in this thread! I just need to sort out what an earth to buy!
  11. So I bought the items for a full service. I ended up going to Halfords because I needed all the oils for tomorrow the final weekend I'm free before mapping! That'll be my day sorted! Also a few cheeky pictures I took at brands hatch a few weekends ago! Then the Glanza with the DC2 that was on track! Then an up to date on of the engine bay. Seriously needs some more bling! Opinions welcome!
  12. Had mine meshed for 4 nearly 5 months. Without a issue (touch wood) I also know a friend with a EVO who has an open meshed turbo for over 2 years, mental scoops in the bonnet and still no issues. You can't put blowing the turbo seals down to water ingression.. Might of just came to the end of its life?
  13. Put meshing over it. PRO: CHATTER CONS: Argueably can reduce turbo life. But, Its marginal.
  14. I found the thread Toby, Lots i could use.. Just confused as feck. Just want a solid and easy 240+ without maxing standard injectors. Better to be safe than sorry!
  15. To be honest im completely confused on what to do. I'd like 240bhp or move @ 1 - 1.1bar So basically i may buy some Celica/MR2 3G-SE injectors which the 94 onwards are 370cc.. Or, i'll buy some DENSO from someone!
  16. TuningDev said there on the limits @ 230bhp anymore they could not fuel effectively?
  17. Basically, im thinking FUCK IT. I need them to go 230/235+.. and i have everything so far to support that BAR the injectors. So since its 5 hours away.. I don't want to re-visit once i've bought injectors. Can someone link me suitable used or new injectors to fuel TD04 @ 1bar on a emanage blue. TD sell some DENSO ones for £259.99.. Is there any cheaper? or another alternative?
  18. Just to put peoples minds at ease on the coilovers. Im running TEINS. The bottom collers on mine are the same as above. Broken, and unmoveable. You can buy new collers for £9.00 for my TEINS and you can source some for KYB etc.. for a simular price. It doesn't affect the car in anyway. I will be refurbing mine soon, but the price Ryan's asking is a bargain!
  19. When copying from Photobucket always take the "IMG CODE" as it will appear on here Lovely looking V!
  20. eBay ones, nothing wrong. They flow fine
  21. This coincides with how mine went away... I installed my TD04 kit and it still was there. - I changed my clutch which involved removing the battery and reading your post ever since mines gone away too. Im still on a 4E-FTE ECU. Weird...
  22. The pillar bar does. £29,99 on eBay. It might be called the C-Pillar brace? I can't remember it I'm right on the name From the EK/EJ shape
