External wastegate with manual boost controller

The top port on the wastegate should be vented and the bottom port connects to the mbc, then the other side of the mbc goes to the turbo -
Yeah man it could do and a hole lot more, i would start with a new crank and work off that.

Have a look at the contact on the rear window and check it didnt come away.

Your mad spending that money on forged bits then to use the same old oil pump, did u prime the pump.

I would go with 1.4 again any more on the td04 she would be getting hot, if i where u i would stick a td05 on her.

How loud are straight through exhausts on a turbo?

Mine is a custom straight through with td04, i love how it sounds cant explane it, its loud put pass nct by 1db with the tail piece silancer in lol. -

Are u using a fpr and fcd or a piggyback ecu, u will need a bung welded for the wideband.

people would call that the bottom end, u can get stock size 74mm pistons as long as your bores are good.

As above looking for a mild or stainless mani, it can have cracks but not in bits, also needs to have the 4 bolt holes threaded, thanks.

The dont look bad compared to the rod, going by the heat it got i would say the apr bolts would have be replaced also.

is that still the same bearings thats in the heated rod.

x2 and for very little more u can have all the acl bearings included .
