  1. My pal is with the Co-op and can drive other peoples cars. Hes 20.
  2. People were happily paying big money for optionals so there was nothing to be said really. Infact if you look in the wanted threads for them a few actually say stuff like willing to pay top dollar haha. Still madness though. Ive got the amp aswell. I'll compare the looms in both my starlets but i cant see Toyota being that fuckin obtuse that youd need a whole interior loom to fit an optional amp in a starlet which didnt have one from factory. The looms are littered with multiplugs tapped away to add in optional stuff like ignition barrel lights and shit
  3. Im sure its only a multiplug under the drivers seat which unplugs the optional amp so all it good no need to pull out full looms, Toyota werent that cruel
  4. Is it really ? Lol. Theyve been advertised and selling for that for a while now. God knows why. I'm not into all this optional shit
  5. The GT optional speaker door cards go for about 80 - 100
  6. Thats true, cunts have a tendency to do that
  7. Maybe a bit steep Ben, theres a danger of making a profit at that price. Was that more than what you paid ? I hope not....
  8. Get back to your own thread Adam haha
  9. Just price it all very high lol, these are rare parts remember hahaha Nah kiddin on. I recently sold an uncut MK3 bumper for 50 quid and a few months ago an uncut GT parcel shelf for 30 quid i think. Both were posted away. Reasonable prices i thought.
  10. The Varis bumper has been done to death so id go with the Livesports, especially if the rest of the car is Livesports. To completely finish the kit i think all youd need is the eyebrows and reverse scoop. They did do tail light covers but that might be going too far lol.
  11. Im not defending breaking them, i dont really like it but its not going to stop anytime soon so i'll just have to accept it Most of the starlets that are being broken as far as i can see are the poor condition ones or crashed ones. The last 3 or so Socks has broken for example. Many of the others are being stripped of the aftermarket parts and then the shells with many standard parts are being passed / sold on. Like lots of the ones Browner breaks for example are still kept on the road. Just gives someone else a blank canvass to start from scratch. And as for rare models being broken, i cant
  12. Silver one, fuckin sweet man, be interesting to see the plans
  13. No they dont, a select few do, as said before theres big groups of pals on here which generally help each other out and will do cheap parts. But that doesnt mean that we have to do all our parts cheap to people youve never met that live hundreds of miles away, scene or no scene thats just not a viable option man.
  14. Aye full kitted Starlets look far better than mix match ones imo. But its your motor
  15. I'm running a turbo'd Gen1 4EFE engine which has a C.R of 9.6:1
  16. Theres a genuine one in the F/S section. Full Livesports Glanzas look fantastic !!
  17. Imagine trying to spec one of these up in Japan back in the day !! Would have cost an absolute fortune lol.
  18. Probably the main reason ive had 4 starlets over the space of 2 years and only had one of them on the road for a week haha
  19. Aye the major robbers in the Starlet world are Toyota haha. About 300 quid for a pair of rear calipers and something stupid like 500 a driveshaft. Suddenly used parts dont seem as bad lol.
  20. Enough beer cans and you'll be sorted bro
  21. The starlet scene is quite expensive in comparison to other cars but then again its very cheap compared to other cars aswell. A happy medium id say. A lot of parts do hold their value really well which is a good thing imo, we all want our parts to be worth something when upgrading and selling them on. Also good standard parts hold their value because its hard to find them in a decent condition now they are 15-20+ years old, rear calipers, window motors, wind deflectors, body panels and not to mention all the optional extras. Then youve got the endless list of aftermarket parts, many not avail
