I was gonna do it up a bit and sell. But the immobilizer it has is playing up and the car takes about 10 attempts to start. Also this morning i was reversing it into a corner, the door swung open and fucked my door on the 85 And the door on this wont close now fs. Its a 99 spec Jap import Carat automatic model, it has the Gen3 FE

There is a specific gasket for the full housing which is about 3 quid, for the middle bolt i think theres a rubber o-ring just under the head. And the actual torque of that bolt is FT by the way.

Ohh well haha, theres a VAG Tech on here im sure, cannot remember who though lol. Some Autoboxes have different compartments, if oil wasnt getting into where it should be or overheating in a specific place it could cause a burning smell.

Yeah man that is a short route hot pipe, yours sounds like a blitz style route which is far too long. I never even used that setup lol, the turbo oil seals were shagged so i sold all the CT9 bits and bought a TD04 kit for it ;)

Only pic i have is from ages ago, CT9 not rotated, had a short route hotpipe which does a 180 and heads straight down, then a 90 to the left, then just made up another 180 using random bits.

For what turbo ? And is the turbo rotated ?

There is a build for it but the spec has changed a good few times, sure it was stripped down of parts etc. Have a dig through the build section.

Yeah you can get springs for them if its a demon motorsport or something ebay one.
