I doubt you've done this but having the calipers on the wrong side, upside down, will give this problem. Dont know if WMS kits can be put on wrong though.
It got traded in at work so got it cheap as man 81k miles, mot'd till may, full subaru service history, one old wife owner, new tyres, new brakes and cat, full leather, towbat and some other shit. 2.5L N/a autobox
On a serious note, its probably nothing major. For peace of mind i'd replace the lot, parts Rbz listed, just so you know you have a healthy ignition system, and a good base for modding. Tuning Developments on here do a ignition upgrade package which consists of that lot, under 180 quid last time i checked. You'll also need your ignition timing set up afterwards.
These. Both MK1s, top one is belongs/belonged to FishyGT or something along those lines, back in the day. Next one belongs to RonanS, ZEP kitted MK1 in a minted gunmetal grey. Think two tone is the way forward. Phil i have GT Advance trims sitting here if you fancy a bit of a change
What up bridge of allan way ? Fuck that man lol. That M9 has a beast of a straight from the granada roundabout services up to the raploch. I had the GT waaaaay off the clocks there man lol.
There best straights are round the hillfoots way and a good rip over the clackmannan bridge I normally go for 28 all round, they'll go up to 30+ during driving.
Folk do go mad for the standard examples. If i was to splash out and spend 5k on a starlet, it would have to be a pretty decent spec'd one, something like that black V that was for sale the other week, or a turbo'd EP*5 etc. Or maybe i could spend 4.7K on a 'fresh' import from DCY europe thats been sitting for about 2 year lol.
If you buy a working GT for 600-700 quid then you'll get an absolute shiter. A grand for a fair condition un molested auto GT in silver is a good deal, anthing more and it would have to have upgrades/options etc. to justify the price.
I did a bit of reading up on them when i had my Impreza, and alot of the BPU guys swore by them. The twin scroll ones are ment to be beast. Not sure what alot of them max out pressure wise. Sean or SJ Browning on here has just bought a VF10, its of similar size to a TD04 but with better spool characteristics.
