You'll hit fuel cut at 0.9 FTEs have went pop at standard boost. MBCs and bleed valves are quite pish. Get an EBC or a HKS adjustable actuator and set it to just below fuel cut to allow for boost creep.

Do it when its slightly warm. Plenty of wd40 or whatever, use a bar with a single hex 14mm to crack the nuts. Dont over tighten the mani nuts either or you might crack the head. Unsure of torque settings, but dont go mental
