Should use that shell for your build Lew, if its in good condition. Colour might not be to everyone's taste but i reckon it'll look mint with a kit on.

I have a braided CT9 oil feed mate. I can whip it of the car tomorrow and get a pic. Its a race-tech one in almost new condition.

There are certainly benefits to the smaller turbos. Infact i have a TD02 sitting at work, might bang that on instead of my TD04 and see whats what lol. Full boost on idle haha.

My original plan was go all out on a CT9 setup but when i looked at the costs i didnt think it would be worth it.

My TD04 kit should be here by the weekend. Will only be able to run it at 0.6 bar though until i get management sorted. -
If coolant is pishing out of the head its too late man. Id just strip it down and see whats what. Parts id replace, Thermostat Coolant Head bolts Head gasket Stem seals, may aswell since the head is off. And water pump, ^^ as said And get the head skimmed.
