  1. Its this one yeah ? http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/53626-race-tech-do-it-again/
  2. Do the rear strut braces differ from ep91 and ep82 ? I just bought a cusco but didnt think to ask haha.
  3. Welcome to the forum, is this the white GT that was running a VF35 or something similar ?
  4. Rob, if you want to see my hair then you'll have to wait till japfest. I aint a slut lol. Alignment / tracking, blah, blah, its all pretty simple really. Tracking is just adjusting toe through the track rod ends. Alignment, go all out and adjust everything possible until its fucking spot on. On a new bmw 3 series for example, you can adjust everything, which is alignment. On a standard starlet you can only adjust toe, which is tracking. On a starlet with, coilovers, alk, adjustable panhard rod etc. you can adjust just about everything. Easy, done.
  5. Thanks for all the help lads, got one on the way now. Cheers.
  6. Fucking LOL, i aint no ginge haha. Do take my tracking / alignment seriously though haha.
  7. Yeah man, i really should. Only just got a hold of some GT trims, sat the skirts on and they do look really good, theyre not as low as Glanza livesports skirts though.
  8. Indicators are awesome, really not a fan of MK3 ones. Did you de-orange these or cheat and buy a set haha ?
  9. Good news !! Which type of livesports splitter is it ? The skirts are cool, i have a set that will be fitted eventually.
  10. That looks pretty decent buddy. Nobody else has got back to me yet with delivery etc. and i need it kinda soon. Pm'd.
  11. Tracking is setting the toe by adjusting the track rod ends. An alignment consists of, setting up the back of the car first, castor, camber toe and thrust angle. Then setting up the front castor, camber and toe. Then make a couple of tweeks. Set up the steering, road test and if need be make a few more tweeks. On a machine with equipment thats cost about 20 grand + But tbh on an ep is not as adjustable as a jaguar for example so a simple tracking might be ok, unless you need coilovers, adjustable panhard rod etc set up too ? Totally depends on personal preference and your cars setu
  12. Nah russ, L shaped ones work if you screw one hole to the back of the plate obviously, and the other bit of the bracket to a part of the bumper that faces up the way, if yo get what i mean. Also when you remove it you wont see any holes in the front of the bumper because you make the holes up the way. Tbh, plate tape nowadays is fucking solid, and more than capable if you use the decent stuff.
  13. @Stu, i was gonna trek down, already bought my ticket through here. Dont know if the GT will even be running by then though haha. And it will defo be multi coloured lol. Also weyro and his mate are on the japfest list too.
  14. Two little L shaped brackets from B&Q work well.
  15. Tracking is only adjusting the track rod ends to a set point. You'll be wanting alignment done, i do about 2 a day on average at work and the difference is night and day afterwards. Jus sayin... But if the car doesn't pull or the tyre wear isnt bad then just leave it the way it is, if you like the way it handles.
  16. 2 plugs ep82 3 plugs ep91 Well TOMs made a P&P so its possible TRD did too...

    Wheels?

Would be interesting to know the total cost, If it was less than about 500-600 then i'm sure a few people would pay that. Rare JDM wheels for the price of a set of shitty rotas...
  18. I'll pm yous. Basically looking for one cheap as possible really for temp use.
  19. Ah nice one James, what you want for it ?
  20. So i need the vacuum rail that bolts to the FTE inlet. And the bolts if youve got them. Cheers, Dan
  21. You should just get a tiny fmic then to keep cutting to a minimum. Hopefully it wont be too long until its on the road. I bought it in autumn as a shell near enough so i've been building it up slowly since then. Wish i bought a working one though haha.
  22. Plans sound good man, relatively standard GTs are so hard to find, and so are uncut MK3 silver front bumpers haha. I'm stay not too far from the town. And nah i dont have a daily anymore, insurance was too expensive, i sometimes drive my gfs mini though haha.
  23. Haha, ffs, its quite a collection but. My GT is up at my parents house so the missus canny moan lol.
  24. Lee, youve got too many motors mate haha. Glws dude, looks a beast.
