  1. This is the 3rd engine thats been in it haha. 1st one was the JDM FE, that was sound until i maxed the gearbox at 133 on the sat nav and melted a piston. 2nd one was a GT FTE which had a slight knock. Ive just put in a FE from a sportif lol so will see if i can not blow it up whilst i rebuild the FTE Good stuff man, bodyshops always seem to take longer than they say.
  2. I was hoping to be further forward with it. Changing engines in a 4paw on the deck is a cunt! How is yours getting on at the painters?
  3. Dont have much time left :/
  4. Ive actually seen people in the rear view mirror hold their nose in cars behind mine haha Bit if burning 5w40 and v power killing all the polar bears
  5. Use the GT seat back bolted onto the 4paw seat base and rail, swap the fabric over. Easy days. Exhaust wise is has to be custom, but you can get a 2.5" over the rear axle. Even with 4paw Meisters at the lowest setting. Suspension, its only the rear which is different. Normal coilovers do fit, just the back can sit a little high. Apart from that basically ever other mod you can do to a GT / Glanza you can do to a 4paw. With the exceptions of, Front lsd Aftermarket arbs Rear disc Oem rear strut brace Some aftermarket braces Maybe some other shit. Dont forget anything can be made custom to work
  6. Whoever made those plates must have been on the piss haha!
  7. Youd need to be a rocket to pay his asking price
  8. Anyone else up for this?
  9. Its got a full tank of fuel though..
  10. You in the market for a 4paw Scott?
  11. You can fit a few different boxes to a 2JZ, BMW boxes are pretty popular, mainly the ones in the 328i or the 530d. None are straight fit though. But tbh honest man if youre going to all that effort youd be aswell getting a LS400 and doing a V8 swap. You can get adapter plates to fit the JS160 box from an is200, or again go down the BMW box route.
  12. Cant beat it haha My car sets of the carbon monoxide detector in my house haha.
  13. The Zeta CRD+ ones seem well decent
  14. Theres a good guide TGTT in the wiki section about how to set up a TPS
  15. Guy who wears his nans curtains.
  16. Get a BB VF series turbo, means you can get the power you want and keep your mani etc.
  17. Try driving it for a few miles, it might sort itself out. 90% of Starlets seem to develop idling issues, some just clear themselves.
  18. If youve got coilovers then you'll be wanting a place thats got a 4 wheel laser aligner, like a Hofmann or something like that. Most Kwik fit do have decent aligners but if they wont touch cars with coilovers thats a bit pointless.
  19. Yeah man be keeping a few bottles in the car just incase! The CRD+ are they are the replacememts for the ZetaR. First impressions they are really good, and acutaully fairly comfy in the soft setting, lots of adjustment in them too
  20. High CO2 points to running rich. Or blocked air filter in some cases.
  21. Works wonders man haha. Yeah it was about time i got em. Had them all set to full hard for the giggles, basically undriveable lol
  22. Yeah it coulda been worse! I know man its like it hates being on the road, roughly 12 weeks total out of nearly 3 years. Yeah damage was minimal thank god. Haha its all i had to hand! Cheers, Banzai is normally a busy day at Crail so probably wont get many runs in.
  23. Do start a progress thread id love to see this take shape
  24. Is this ever gonna happen or is this just another one of those threads
