Either port the wastegate, or perhaps easier and a long term fix will be going for an external wastegate setup.

Dear all, I think it's about time to give you an insight on a project we have been working on for the last two years. It was always our wish to build a 4E that will stretch any limit known to date, so we embarked on this project that we hope will help us build the fastest drag EP ever I bought this GT back in January 2010 from Tom Everard in the UK. Within no time she started being stripped out by Mr.Zisco: Till the inside came to look a little something like this : For a more detailed look and many pics of the build please have a look at Mr.Zisco's Album, titled: "Toyota ep82

Yeh long time bud Yes. Kaaz has a different base, you can actually see the discs near bottom bearing. Cusco have MZ and RS for our cars, and definitely its none of the two as I had both and I know how they look. In the past 7 years I had some 20 units of these TRD 1.5way mechanical. Very similar to the ATS in design, but the latter is a bulkier unit as it had 3 more discs. They are very good LSDs, a bit clunky if you dont use the right oil but overall good performance.

Thats a TRD 1.5way Mechanical

Hi I'm looking to buy around 3 bottom ends in good condition, preferably stock. Would rather collect from same place. Will arrange courier pick up so no worries about that. PM me what you got! Thanks

Thats an 93 GT owned by a local chap. We have quite a few works on this car. It is indeed an awesome machine. Its equipped with a 3SGTE off an ST185, its fully forged inside, brand new crank, HKS cams, ferrea valves...the list goes on. The guy had been building it for some 4 years. Its RWD too, currently waiting for a 9 inch Mark Williams as it keeps breaking the diff. Turbo is Turbonetics kind of a T66 I agree with you the headlights off a bmw dont suit the car at all, but everything else has been done to great detail.

Thats a usual sight around here; a 3rd gear with no teeth. Its not just a cause of big power, as there 300+ Starlets at the strip that break no boxes, but they run very low torque setups. It's a result of a 'big load' coming in at once after the 'lag time' is over. Typical of big turbo setups and a small combination of other factors. Save for a dog box mate Love the bonnet there it looks great

the RX7 top feed 550cc injectors are a direct fit to our cars. no modifications needed at all. we use them on several of our setups

Great car car, some good stuff there. GT30 though, can tell from experience you will not enjoy it before 6k and it'd be too late then, and that with proper ratios and cams etc. Still though read read through most of the pages and its so awesome great project!!

Norwegian Ep91, TD04, 285whp, 321nM. Alive again!!

Just had a quick look through this thread and its just awesome ;) Great project mate well done!! One of our cars is running a GT30 with a short ratio dog box and big cams, full map etc at 1.9bar boost and it has trouble getting it to spool up before its too late. its a massive turbo with massive spec, and we kept ARs down as much as possible. Now we're building a head with bigger valves and fittings springs for 10mm lift to change the cams, and see if it works like that. Good luck with it mate. If I were you, if you're still in time, change it and get a GT28, much better results and 450bhp a -
It will be equipped with a 4E. I know I didn't keep my promise about that I'm sorry I disappointed you guys. I always think I will do a thread but the longer you leave it the more things you need to add and I give up! I know I've been lazy lol but this one I am already getting the pics together and today week it will be done Right now its 660kg but more stuff is to be added. I will post up all the stuff no hiding specs here

Thx enzo, I will be making up a thread about our demo car very soon Further work has been done and we hope to have it ready for testing by the end of the year.
