its 80w and genuinely works better than the bigger 10". already tested it out quite a bit tonight and cools engine QUICK.

had to fit a new rad fan as the old 10" fan would no longer fit with the new fatter radiator. its a 7" fan and JUST fits,real close and it actually works better and moves more air than the bigger fan so well chuffed. .

ha I was correct.theres no way your car would make those temps with that setup. glad your all sorted. :-D

ure light shouldnt be coming on at all idling. mine idles real low for lots of engine braking and mine sits at 600 rpm and never seen that light at all. theres no nees to up idle speeds to make oil pressure more.thats wierd suggestion.

well if you strip u will need a rebalance

remove the comp housing and exhaust housing and inspect real careful. also as for the internals I would blast out the crha and do that onto a white mint clean surface (such as a table covered in a4 paper) and carb clean it out heavily making sure it all goes straight onto the white surface......and metal pieces or similar will show up easy.

I had this with my first starlet.if its only a little bit of centre it wil be fine. my starlet made 222.6 bhp on a td04L and a pump slightly on the piss haha. aslong as filters on correctly and the pump picks up the fuel ok you will be fine matey

also i now have a splitter !! .

so tonight I finshed modding up the piping for the sensor feed before and after the intercooler. the ambient temp was 15 degrees,the pre temps were 19 degrees after a 10 second blast and the post temps were ambient so the intercoolers working well.I dont doubt the temps will get higher obviously on a trackday etc but i am much happier. also did a periodic check on afrs and still bang on 11.00 afr wot till redline and boost also bang on at .90 bar. :-D

yeah it reads well even as it is , but I am lowering it a bit more tonight as I know what u mean the closer the better.theres no way the air wont flow up to the sensor well as even now it changes temps very quickly. cheers for the input colin ! :-D
