    believe it or not my budget coilovers from the polo are a softer ride and are more stable tru the corners and absorbes bumps way smoother the shocks and springs i had was like metal stilts !!!! bumping al over let me know how you find them d2 they can be got new for 700euros ere in europe

    did you try yet to slide the starlet tps over the shaft ??? if it fits wel then its just a case of tapping a hole to bolt it down then a adaptor will be needed i think for between the starlet mani and new tb so probly be at an angle

    it is an pain ha ha i tapped in on where the injector 4 plug joins in the loom i soldered it together with a heatwap/shrink over it then taped the whole lenght of the cable to the knock sensor i used almost 2 rolls of black electro tape

    trace it for a crack in the wire and tape it up really wel an not rubbing of anything thats where i would start cant be anything else really i got code 12 and 52 when i bought mine and the cable wasnt there and no sensor so i traced back the wire and instaled a thick shielded wire and taped it up well and have a spade connector pushed in the sensor it cleared both codes and hassent come back for almost 3 years now

    i spend most of my time driving coming down some very long steep hills and had them fade before from the heat so bigger discs are on order thats on stock levin pads !!! @ kbond will do mate

    its the st202 cariers that they use on levin twin pots to come up to 277 but then again not al 202 cariers are the same size i was told

    stock are crap and even twins with 260 discs are crap in my eyes disks are to small to get rid of the heat quick expecially coming down mountain roads kbond this is what you need making :) wont be long now before i have my metal set from lumax engineering

    its normal mate around 1800rpm when cold and slowly lowers rpm as the engine warms up nothing to worry abouth
