Turbo Goose Posted February 15, 2017 Share Posted February 15, 2017 I picked up a 2003 volvo v40 sport for 600 quid.Got the 1.9 diesel renault engine so returns 50mpg.Hands down matches starlet as best car ive owned each for very different reasons. I can literally so what i want in it, loads of space for engines/wheels/rubbish whatever and just service it every 10k.Its got 230k on the clock and still going strong Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Cracking to drive and the 1.9 is the same lump as fitted to the Saab's, almost all Vauxhall's and a lot of other misc shit.
