Idrees
Yes mate, OEM cams for now. I may fit aftermarket ones if/when I build the 5E.
shorty
cool, im running the speedvision first batch and tbh there quite good. should see far more from them with a map and more boost but with a set of cruise spring they work well bud just as an option when you think about cams. Idrees
Cheers chaps, let me know how yours goes Shorty. This isn't an update as such.. but the Glanza is now out of my garage, finally. Poor girl has been sat there for almost a year now! I have some new goodies waiting to be fitted but no pictures yet. Ricky has also welded the TD05's wastegate shut for me (thanks mate) so I just need to rotate that before I can stick it back on the car, then get the timing done. Then it's just the never ending wait on getting my ass in to get to paint the bodykit and wheels. I'm sure that wait will now be longer, thanks to the new GT! Those silly wipers need fixing too. They just won't sit at the bottom but I think I know what the issue is! Idrees
I've finally rotated the TD05 and attached it to manifold/downpipe. It's ready to fit to the car now, however the TD04 water pipes don't fit so I need some new ones, any suggestions?A couple of tester pictures. I've also got a polished inlet manifold ready to go on, and a polished fuel rail. The fuel rail will be fitted with the 550cc injectors though, after the engines run in.Once that's bolted on, it's just the timing belt that needs fitting before getting the engine running. There's no rush at all though as this car isn't going to see the road until the weather gets better.
