So got a bit of money after my crimbo security work so have ordered my Bc Coiovers with custom springs so it's a bit of a better ride for little Hollie. They should be with me by the end of January Also just orderd up this lot so I can make a start on fixing up the live sports skirts rear splitter and front splitter. God that stuff isn't cheap lol.

So made a start on repairing the livesports skirts today. Have started off by blasting them with a hot air gun as advise by a mate who dose body work for a living. To show up cracks and air bubbles ect now on to the sanding.

So there getting there been and got my self a sander my good so much eaiser

Currently waiting for the fiberglass bridging filler to dry so I can carry on love doing this kind of stuff. Long night ahead of me again

Looking good buddy !! and I know what you mean about loving that kind of thing im returning a set of wheels I got for £50 yesterday trying to get paint off is a pain in the backside

Bit more sanding tomorrow then I'll be using my dolphin glaze to smooth over the skirts then high build primer then get some colour on them

PRIMER BABY few high spots that I've seen once I've got a bit of primer on ill address that tomorrow won't be long till I paint one need to test fit it to the car before I do put paint on it

Well that's one with all the paint I'm putting on it. let it dry flat compound and polish it jobs a gooden. few imperfections but I'm not to fussed. can't wait to do the other one later and fit them up soon. how have people gone about fixing them to the wing and quater panel I was thinking some 3m tape as I want to be able to take them off if needs be

No2 is almost done few more layers then compound them both. Will fit them tomorrow if the weather isn't crap they haven't came out to bad considering it's the first time I've used fiber glass ect

Id use Carbond mate, its good and really strong. I doubt the tape will be able to hold it for long during the rain

think im going to go get some sikaflex tomorrow from screwfix i wanted to beable to remove them if needs be but looks like that plans out the widow lol

So the livesports skirts are finished I went and got some skiaflex today so if the weather is ok tomorrow I will be fitting them with that and some bolts it's not the best paint job in the world but I'm happy with it.

Looking good hope the fitting goes well for you. I've tiger sealed skirts on a friends fiesta and it was really easy, just got to make sure they stay still whilst curing really.

thanks bud. I have a feelin im going to have to do a bit of sanding on the edges for the wheel arches wont take long cant wait
