Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted February 12, 2015 Author Posted February 12, 2015 Theres no need as such but 8 smaller injectors can give a much cleaner tune than 4 big ones, my ECU can run 10 injecors siquentually so it will only use whats needed, run less pressure so the injecors are not over fueling at low loads, just a much better way IMO plus this build is all about been different! Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted February 17, 2015 Author Posted February 17, 2015 Well I finally have 2 fuel rails not a perfect pair but close enough for me!!! after 4 attempts at the second rail I managed to get the hole down the middle! I broke the drill bit in the process too so its a good job lolThe broken drill! Machining it I have started making up the fuel pipes too but I will finish them once I have the fittings welded onto the rails. Manifold temp fitted with the rails! Quote

aaddzz123 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I do like to tease haha ! I'm excited to get the full length video done. Few more filming days required first . Quote
Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Im sure we can sort some more filming time out! Theres a fair bit more todo yet and then tuning! Im going to redo the map sensor fitting I made so the sensor comes out side ways so it clears the TRD strut brace better! Quote
Rob H@RCH Engineering Posted February 23, 2015 Author Posted February 23, 2015 Got a few more little bits done! I made a new map sensor mount as the sensor was just about hitting the strut brace with the other one so I made it fit to the side this time. And I also fitted the fuel pressure sensor for the ECU to one of the rails, It used to be in the end of the feed pipe banjo bolt but I wont be running any of them now! Plus its tucked nicely out of sight now too! Quote
