Got a few bits done on the car too! got the new brake set up sorted so I now have some room for the inlet to fit, just need to sort the pipes out next.

Had to do a bit to make it fit but anything is possible!!

There is some room!

I also beefed up the pedal bracket up while I was at it to stop some of the flex. Its not pretty but its much stronger now!

I used a old rail as a jig so mine will fit better than a CJ performance one!!

Bit more of an update! After deciding my mortising machine was not quite up been a milling machine I spent days looking at different machines and ended up getting a non runner that looks almost brand new but been a Chinese machine they are known to have issues mainly with the electrics and motor, So it got the full Rob H make over! I ordered a new motor, speed controller and a belt drive conversion to do away with the silly plastic gears. I also replaced all the bearings in the head with proper precision machine bearings instead of the more like starlet rear wheel bearings it came with.

The foooooked motor and brushes, I will have to update this later when I take picks of the new set up!

Next thing it needed was a power feed for the table, So I came up with this after seeing a similar set up on youtube, I used a starlet wiper motor tho and a home made control box that a mate wired up for me.

Cheers lads! John Im off work for another week yet I start back on 16th so if ya fancy it pop over for a cuppa!

Had a play with the first of the fuel rails again to day I think this is going to end up been a test/ prototype as im not happy with the injector ports, as one is a bit oval due to the drill running off as it went through into the gallery, so next time I will drill the injector ports first! But any way heres some picks!!
