Amjad
Welcome! I don't think anyone on here has done it, but Morgey had a 4age on his SRThe "easiest" conversion is probably the 4efte
morgey
Welcome along dude!Welcome! I don't think anyone on here has done it, but Morgey had a 4age on his SRThe "easiest" conversion is probably the 4efte'HAS' ;) i haven't crashed it yet Agreed if you're going boost and only looking for sub 300hp go 4efte. Having done a 4A swap i would say at atleast go 4age. And then go 4agte from there. Few 500hp + ones of them floating about. Engines not necessarily in starlets lolIs there any particular reason you want to do 4aFe?? Edited January 3, 2013 by morgey
Thedjblitzer
I would love to do the 4age supercharged conversion but all the mounts are different I think Cheers for the warm welcome
Thedjblitzer
Only reason is I know for a 4afe with gear box ecu loom and driveshafts for a good price
morgey
A 4a is a 4a and wont bolt up to a starlet in any way shape or form. Its pretty much all custom work with grinding, welding and wiring. The only thing that might fit is the driveshafts from a gt turbo or glanza but that then means both chassis rails have to be cut rather than just one.Its usually at this point most people have been put off... Sorry if this is the case. But if not im more than happy to help any way i can
Thedjblitzer
My old man Is welding and fabricator so I'm sure we could achieve it and I'm very tempted love the sound of 4age ! Sound amazing and cheers dude I'm in Yeovil Somerset south west where abouts is everyone located
morgey
Ahh thats good news then as all mounts will need modifying. And i have to agree 4age's do sound good especially with the 20v with the trumpets open N Im near norwich/norfolk buddy
