did you spray the rocker cover yourself? because i heard its aluminium and as far as im aware aluminiun has to be anodised for the paint to adhere correctly... because i was thinking of doing it when i get mine but i dont wanna pay silly prices for it to be sent off and painted.

man them mirrors are well dinky  can you see much outta them?

;) i get asked that everywhere i go!! :D if you look at the size of the glass its actuallythe same length as the normal ones, but just not as tall. there convex anyway, so you can see plenty thru them. B)

yes mate. i did it myself. the problem with ally is that its a naturally greasy metal, so i scrubbed it all over with a fine wire brush and thinners until it looked clean, then soaked it in the thinners for about 20 mins, left it in the baking sun for 15 mins then hit it with some normal grey primer. if you have a thick covering it is easier to chip off, but as long as you dont throw tools at it it'll stay on fine. B)

Yep I seen this car in a queue before going to i think it was Trax last year and i was amazed to see it there. Then he joined the forum and i reckonised it and said hi :lol: and also got to met him in person at shows.

Junk behind the back seat and in the door pockets... just as expected :angry:

Nice seat! I'd tend to stick to reclining ones, or one reclining, and one semi-matching non recliner.

yeah, you no it!!

i havent actually cleaned the damn thing out in about 2 months... the door pockets are norally pretty bad, but behind my seat is normally spotless!! honest!!! :angry: :lol::D:lol::huh:

i bolted it down where the rear bench is bolted down.

it feels so tight to drive now, almost as if theres no body roll!! its awesome!! cheers bud!!

did a bit of jigging about in the bay today and gave it all a bit of a tidy up.

i decided to use up some of my old silicone tubing too.

i moved the battery as far forward as i could get it so i could mount the apexi properly.
