Danb
jsut watched it on iplayer, its about a guy called ben who bought his glanza 3 years ago, month after ownership, engine died. He sent it to a reptuable specialist called wincanton motorsport who advised they would carry out the work, ben gave them a 1500 deposit for the work to be done. around 12 months (iirc) he gave them another £1600 (both payments on credit card) to finish the job off, 3 years after the car went in, it still wasnt done, they was able to get the car back (from the programme the car looked a right shed!) they was able to claim money back from both credit cards as work carried out by wincanton wasnt up to standard. So they now have the car back (not running) but most importantly have been refunded the £3100 they paid to the garage to repair it.

I guess he didn't come on here and look around for decent tuning companys first 3 years for what looks like an engine build? That takes the piss and a total of 9 grand spent with legal fees and stuff.
