put on the new inlet/tb and it fixed the problem for 2seconds then back to the fuckin huntin idle!

any fresh ideas? am goin mad here!!

Unplug the Ecu for a bit

It might have adjusted the mixture to compensate for the vacuum leak

Block the throttle body and spray some of the areas with carb cleaner and when the car idles higher that's where it's leaking from

I would block absolutely everything bar the feed for the MAP sensor and have a check.

gona get carb cleaner 2moz and block the TB and start sprayin the vacs etc and hope for the best.

i just really really wna hav the first drive in her now because i know shes a fuckin weapon and i cany drive her til this is sorted!

I have air leak tester at work mate ill send u a bottle fuck carb cleaner this shit is awesome stuff use it for testing manifold leaks on entinox cylinders at the hostpital spray some of that about you will find it if there is a leak

Try disconnecting all the vac lines post of the throttle flap, bar your map and frp. Blank the rest up. Even blank the pipe off that comes off the idle up valve on the end of the manifold. You need to sort it! Or get a smoke machine and stick that in the intake.

injectors r spot on mate. im tryin to get my pal down from his at sum point on sunday/monday as hes a mechanic n reckons hel find the problem

but until then il get carb cleaner and do that check, also do the others aswell

Yea mate spray on anything u think is leaking and it turns all bubbly like a thin foam you can see it right away

Is EVERYTHING plugged back onto the inlet mani, I mean ALL vacuum pipes?

How tight is the throttle cable? If it's too tight and it's holding the butterfly open even a little bit then air will be passing through it.
