A bit off topic, but hay that's what this section is for. Just wondering if there any cycling enthusiasts on here also. I love bikes and commute to work on one and do about 20plus miles aday. Love a good peddle race first thing in the morning.

I have bikes 2 bikes.... soon to be 3 (specialised Venge expert)....full carbon aero-bike.

used to be in to park and dirt..but kind of grew out of it and started to get more and more scared! Learnt backflips and flairs then went full pussy!!

It's not something that I'm in to now but definitely something I want to get into next Summer (hopefully)!

I never thought I'd be back on a bike, but ever so glad I took it up like 2 years ago in the summer. Then just got hooked, plus saving almost £200 a month due to not usind public transport. Used to use the tube or drove, now cycle all year round except in the snow.

Had a nose at that earlier! Used to race downhill, raced for work again last year and came 12th out of 100 bods on my last race of the year, more into my all mountain stuff tbh now! Got an ankle made of titanium now so I'm a bit softer than I used to be lol

Used to be well into my bikes I had a lovely letoy 4 (really rare) built it up wheels were built spokes and rims up, hope hubs anodised nipples black spokes etc loved it! It had 3" wide tyres! Also had konas, twentyfoursevens and specializeds

Had two letoy 4s actually

Seriously though, I was well into BMX back in the day, built my last one up using a Hoffman frame, liked the heavier feel it had, but sorta grew out of it.

I remember the LeToys! Did they have silly thick tubing and could handle looong travel forks? Back in the days of Marzocchi Super Monster T's lol 300mm of travel... I remember how much I wanted a set of them just so I had the biggest forks!

I used to love it...was on my bike everyday and was fit as a fiddle. Got a car and the belly grew outwards however after seeing this its making me tempted to put the car on hold for a month and buy a downhill bike haha
