Mounting a front numberplate plate, and sizes.

Recommended Posts

Well, the wonderful British weather has unfortunately claimed my front number plate..

It wasn't obviously held on enough. Since I wanted to change to small plates, I'm going to have to do it now.

What are your ways on mounting them? A tilt bracket? Or one of the ones than mount underneath a grill and come out at a 90degree angle?

Also, what's the smallest plate size I can get away with legally, 7x5? I'm thinking of getting motorbike plates for front an back.

it's auto though he couldn't handle a manual :p

My comment was aimed at the numberplate not the car. Being an auto it's dismissed from my mind! ;) all jokes aside it was a lovely example.
