Scoobysvx
That's pretty weird you've got pictures of it too!Not sure if it's definalty a uk model, but this was a old boy so I'm not sure what he'd gain about lying? My subaru is also known as an alcyone but mines a genuine uk model
trigger
The VR's were the imported versions, I don't think the UK cars had the digital dash either. This one's listed as having a date of manufacture of 1986 but first registered in the UK in 1988, The owner has had it since then so that's probably when he had it imported into the UK. This is from Wiki. Two H4-powered derivatives were sold in Japan: the turbocharged Alcyone VR, and the non-turbocharged Alcyone VS.
trigger
My subaru is also known as an alcyone but mines a genuine uk model They were known as a SVX in the UK and Alcyone SVX overseas, I used to have the massive horn over the SVX, mostly because of the front window design.
