MustakimQZ
nice......custom fd? ratio? or putting in the 4.3 from levin?
EP82 Touge
The K1-200v is getting a quick check over currently before installing. Out of curiosity are you other guys with K1's running standard fuel pump and injectors? In terms of the gearbox either the Levin 4.3 or TRD 4.7 FD. Also seems like Fensport/M Factory advertise a 4.
Gainzy
I run stock injectors at 1 bar and a 255 fuel pump on my k1 I'm sure I read that the blitz actuators are 1.1 bar pre set. What are you doing with the ecu?
Nanglebadger
Running mine with stock injectors, stock fuel pump, and Blitz Access ECU with an HKS adjustable actuator, set somewhere around 0.9 - 0.95 bar. Phil.
EP82 Touge
Thanks Gainzy, I'm going to put the car on the Dyno once the K1 is installed just to check everything anyway. The Blitz Access ECU I have is labelled as a K1-200V ECU so I think that side of things will be fine.
daniel_g
This does sound like such a great setup for what its used for. There is a theme here of massive overkill on starlets basically, this is quite refreshing to see

EP82 Touge
I plan to tidy up the aero a bit by painting the splitter the same as the front lip. Also have some fog light blanking plates to go in. And picked up a pair of 7.5" Weds TC005.

MustakimQZ
Not sure if this was asked before, any reason you staying with top mount instead of front mount ?
EP82 Touge
MustakimQZ - The top mount seems to do the job. If I was do doing proper races with a lot of consecutive laps then I may need to reconsider, but for the style of racing I'm currently doing the top mount is less weight and better response. Track temperatures in Japan during the "racing season" can be quite cold also.
EP82 Touge
Since changing to the aftermarket manifold I didn't have a heat shield and as I'm still running the factory intake I figured it was worth while making something up. Heat wrapped: Installed: Next project is blanking off the fog light holes. Contemplating using carbon fibre though. Edited August 23, 2016 by EP82 Touge

EP82 Touge
The front diffuser is all fitted up and painted now. I also had the car corner weighted (just out of interest for now)
jiggaman_16
I understand the disparity between the front right & left but the weights would be more even side to side at the back. ???
starletezy
awsome progress mate

EP82 Touge
That's correct, drivers seat and few other items perhaps. 6KG is not much disparity though I wouldn't think.
