In terms of rareness alone I'd ask for about 70 or 80 for it. More of an optional extra freak item lol It could be worth more, think Socks has one of his v, may be able to shed some light on the value!

To get the car across you don't need anything, if you are registering it as a UK car you need the tax/log book and a form from tax office and there is a 60 or 70 pound fee aswel Iirc. Was a while ago I did it though.
