its very hard to ignore such lack of understanding from folks, the key is to be realistic and humble and not cause agro or confrontation. Maybe one day they will be in their 20k VXR astra with 150hp/ton and you will be behind them in your 300+ hp/ton gt, then the facts will be on the tarmac. by all means take them videos but i wouldnt get into the whole starlets rule mental state as that isnt true, one day your 300hp/ton gt could be behind their daddys VXR but they have fired 5 or 10k under the bonnet and then you aint keeping up enjoy the videos, share them if you want, but chill

boom, is there any 4efte engine build specialists on here, Killamats/Sacha/racetech might be a good person to ask for any common bottom end errors? i know that there is definitely little quirks with parts that look insignificant, you watched Chris's (from Greece) 4efte build up video on youtube? Just drive it, socialise with the car. seriously it important to get other peoples opinions of the car every now and again. keep your head straight stop you always wanting more, until it becomes a drag machine and you cant enjoy it on the roads. like if you take one of your mates out in it for a blip, someone who drives a s2000 or stock scoob the feedback you will get is worth more than coilpacks and an extra 40hp. lovely setup by the way. id be raging no doubt. you have the crank inspected by an engineer? all the end caps go in the correct order? cam gear tensioned right? you turn it over by hand to make sure everything was free enough before you fired it up? block/head dipped and cleaned after machining? doesnt sound very good, but hope its nothing sinister Phil -
you can get a paseo 5e Hg from toyota which is MLS standard and its 0.5mm Part no. 11115-11090 Jay (tgtt) will be running one soon on his car so we will see what it does, but in essence its as close to a TRD 0.6mm your going to see. Phil

only other thing i ask is if your not completely alergic to spanners you should/could pop the rocker and sump off to see what you can tell from there, though if you have an engine warranty you might want to check you dont invalidate it by touching anything. Phil -
haha any big brakes on this yoke? Phil

Speak to whoever built the engine, have them out to check everything over, and cross your fingers really tight that you are exaggerating the noise and its just your cam gears not tightened right. sounds bad though, feel for ya, its happened to the best of us. Phil -
All the very best for the future together Phil

if you want to retain the stock spray pattern the 370s from a 3sge (94 onwards mr2) do the trick. pretty similar fuel economy with mixed driving and depending on how smart your setup is they could see you with decent hp (270-90) Direct fit, same plugs etc. just get the right year as the 93 down and 315 but look almost identical. Mate just to be clear i have not asked other people to dislike you or take the piss out of you, they have done that all on their own. As previously outlined by myself, your defense of txt spk and slang was absolutely toothless and hypocritical. What you added at the end wasn't a defense at all it was an attack, sadly that, like the rest of your point, was also baseless and wrong. Your rather random slight against northern ireland did seem like a grasp of desperation as you lost every real point you had dared argue about. Thankfully the great thing about starlets is we all ha
