    I've had a demon sport one, a tial and a fake turbosmart, couldnt tell the difference between the tial and demosport. Fake didnt work at all. Id go for a demonsport one mate lap the valve and you'll be laughing with a spare £150

    Exhaust tip doesn't suit the car in my opinion. Needs to be level or two pipes

    Best thing to remember when taking off the manifold first time (issue i made) the studs and bolts are fine thread! Made my life alot more difficult

    There is a oil seal... Its on the shaft that goes into the cam

    Could probably get them done for £100 cash in hand ida thought. Aersol cans plus primer lacquer and all that normally adds up too

    I took the idle control valve off and taped a thread in the inlet. Make sure you use lots of tallow to catch the swarf otherwise take the inlet off after. Then a bit of loctite and thread the bolt back in

    Buy new indeed but dont rule out turbosmart, alot of tests they come out well above tial for leakage etc. some information on it over driftworks

    Was kind of second hand but jdm ep. I looked elsewhere before and asked turbosmart to verify the seller, they are happy to do that. Just trusted the second hand one

    Yeh mine always did that mate, just ignored it. Does the same thing occasionlly on my car now so dont think much of it.

    My readings on idle were always weird on my starlet just ignored it after a while aslong as it was okay onboost
