Get it on a dyno, get afr's checked. Mine would do 115 all day long had 118 a few times. Completely stock! Always check ecu for error codes. Have you got a brake sticking on? Put a 4age in, it bury's the speedo then ;)

Think it even needed a smaller brake master cylinder. Tbh the wiring prob isnt that bad. Leave the celica loom intact and just slice the dozen or so wires into the starlet loom. Thats all we did with my 20v.

Thats it Two bolts on the back of the caliper pull it off of the disc. Might need a little leaver if theres a lip. Pull disc off put new ones on caliper back on (might need to push piston in with a g clamp or something) and you're done
