I dont think they look too bad tbf, something different. But if there not doing anything, whats the point?

I had a custom shaft made for my car, but it does use the standard c.v joints so you would still have them as a weak point. There not cheap though, i paid £223 for one shaft with no joints! And this was the short shaft the other side is nearly twice as long lol If you're interested i can try get some details through the people who got mine made up.

Half the things people have said theyve become or started doing since quitting are things i do without smoking. Being grumpy, tetchy, stressy, binge eat, etc Makes me wonder if i should take up smoking. Might help me loose weight as well haha! In all seriousness good luck, will be worth it in the long run ;)

A lot of people do

Im not too sure about sides, they're quite small so in not that worried about them, but if someone wants to swap them out I've no issue with doing so. The main reason i haven't changed my plates is down to the stock bumper having the cut out for the long plate. Well that and i think some square plates make cars look a bit like beavers

im going with a first come first serve basis. whom ever PM's me first gets them

get the piston out clean up the piston and the area where the piston seats, replace he gaitor and if it needs it the o-ring where the piston sits. rebuild/seal kits can be had off of id-works td or camskills, along with pistons if yours is that bad. obviously after sorting it you will need to rebleed your brakes lol

Item For Sale: Replica Sr decal set. Item Condition & Description:Copied from an Original set, these are a multiple layer sticker set unlike the OEM printed single layer decal, also the spacing's are ever so slightly different due to them having to have been pre-assembled from each individual colour. however they are still very good quality, they also have an additional set of stickers to go on the bump strip. But i was told that they won't stick to the plastic very well (maybe he assumed that our strips have a rough finish), so it is advised to spray them first or risk them not lasting. Price: £36 delivered to UK and N.I, this isnt profiting me at all. this covers Paypal fee's cost of fuel to collect etc etc. just helping a fellow UKSO out Pictures: Payment & Shipping Details: price includes postage, If Rep of Ireland, i will have to find out the extra cost of postage. Contact: Paul 07990708955 by txt preferably or Pm

I know but it does affect the speeds you can get upto in between time for the brakes to cool down. Basically what i was saying was i had glanza brakes ebc discs with yellows and hi temp fluid for 18months (170ish hp and 940kgs) and no problems on the road. 20mins on track soon showed up the flaws in the setup. Less time in between braking when on track compared to the road, See what im saying?
-
Well if its only a short 20min session you might get lucky, but just be prepared for needing new brake discs afterwards I would also lean more towards ferrodo or mintex pads as well
-
Exactly the same dude. Green stuff on an n/a for road are fine, yellow fast road is fine on a turbo upto about 180ish hp imo. But the 18mm discs cant take any form of abuse on track, the pads will no doubt be fine imo I've also heard the reds being track and yellows being fast road track? If you want to track the car, get a brake upgrade with some 22-25mm discs
-
Good for fast road use. I found but on glanza brakes track use killed them. Im sure with bigger brake setup they would be fine though
-
Ahh mine gets a speed signal, and if the car has a standard speed limiter it will have a speed signal
-
The car needs to register the speed or it will go into limp mode i think, id try checking the speedo cable etc and go from there

That particular picture is a photoshop, he never got his wheels in the arches, read the thread and where this photo is he mentions hes photoshopped it going on about airbags ;)

No full alignment they can do toe, camber, tracking on the front caster maybe? If you have the bits to be adjusted And on ours adjust the centralisation of the rear axle. But on some cars the rear camber and toe can be adjusted also. Ours should be at the lower end of the scale hopefully
-
Amber on black rather than clear?
-
£20-30 for tracking £60-100 maybe a bit more, for alignment depending on how many adjustments needed
-
Download the photobucket app, upload them to that then copy the img code onto your forsale thread ;)
-
Depends on how far out it is, if its far out it will be completely different and until you get used to it probably won't like it. But it will help the car drive straight and help you tyres last longer as well
-
Can't say I've ever seen one tbh! Anyway good news! MoT passed and the 1.6 passes emissions as well due to the cat Got advisories on rear brakes being crap and binding (no surprise there) and the fronts are slightly unbalanced so think i need to re-bleed them! But im happy at least
