Yeah they're the same. I've got ep91 glanza recaros in my na and the buckle is the same

No prob, basically to get reverse in 6 speeds you need to go over to 1st then past it and up. The plastic cradle the stick sits in isnt designed to allow for that extra movement so you have to cut a bit away on the underside to allow the stick to move into that position. No real plans, im keeping my eyes peeled for a drivers wing as mine was resprayed at some point so doesnt quite match and if drongo has another dent removal gathering i might take this over there as its a bit tatty around the edges. Other than that im happy

Pretty sure its the coolant temp sensor that is different on the Gt. But you should have everything you need on your old engine to swap over if anything is different. Other than that youre good to go

They also did a 1.6 g6 aswell though not just the 1.3 g6.

Yeah 6th is good, 4k is like 85-90mph compared to about 75mph in my starlet. I think its because they dont have that bigger turbo brother, you get that and thats about it youve got the top model which is good but youve nothing left to do to it and yeah that thing was a beast!

Cheers, I was debating taking my ad08s off the starlet and throwing them on for lolz, i can get r888r's for £60 so would use them as track tyres when i got the ep up and running again then get a daily set at a later date as well. However i could just swap over what I've got which is 2 t1r's and 2 Urs3's which is most likely to happen

That's a lot of effort for a gearbox but for reference I've lost 10-15mph in 1st-4th between my 5 speed in the starlet (early c56) and 6 speed c160 in this. The ratios are on wikipedia but uk starlets use a c154 i believe. Yeah they did loads to them, ss suspension, seam welded chassis, trd diff, short ratio trd box. Trd exhaust mani and Tuned engine/ecu, spoiler, skirts lip, Then a colourcoded interior that looked dreadful haha I didnt realise fensports was a sports M, can understand why people kicked up a fuss

Cheers, im really happy with how they came out Im not sure about the internals, if they are anything like my bzr 6 speed 1-4th are noticeably shorter, but the bell housings will be different as one is a 4efe and the other 4afe. Im pretty sure the mounting holes are on the front but can always be drilled and tapped if not though. Your selector will need a bit of notching to allow for the extra movement for reverse too. Not sure if i mentioned that? Naa not that i know of i just meant in general to taking other cars for a spin, there was a new celica sports-M parked up cheap in my town thou

Cheers but think ill be getting internal drive ones, or maybe invest in a nylon coated socket. Will let you know if i change my mind 👍

Awesome cheers, Im thinking about getting some internal drive ones like socks just sold as these have really tight holes and my socket always scratches it up.

Sounds good, nice wheels but very very heavy, there biggest downside imo, but for this theyre fine. Will get my other set coated as well once these are fitted.

So had my 1st set of speedlines at the powdercoaters the last few weeks, missed collecting them last week due to going and getting my recaros but eventually got round to collecting them, had to take a bit of a gamble on colour as they had no samples. Not the best pictures but you get the idea. Asked for a gunmetal finish and am very impressed with them. Got a set of 5 coated so have a spare, also ordered some collinite wheel sealant for them too after checking some reviews and it being pretty well rated . Next step, choosing some rubber and maybe a new set of bolts to finish them o

Most recaro seats use the same bolt patterns so should be able to swap yours over. You can get genuine recaro rails for our cars so any of them will work too.

I remember going to france with school and every car was scratched and dented, there was a almost new Porsche with a nice dent in the door then tucked up out the way against a wall was a old nova not a dent to be seen, untill he drove off, rear quarter panel caved in as well 😂

Haha not bad in a 900kgs car but one thats 1120kgs is a bit sluggish! Yeah the 1.3 g6 box will bolt straight up to the 4efe. They did a quite rare 1.6 g6 so double check that it isnt that one if you find one, However the bellhousings can be swapped over following taggys lsd fitting guide ;) Ahh nice, i need to test a few more cars out, I've had offers but never taken people up on them like an idiot haha.

Well compared to the oil burning 1.4 that was in there its a vast improvement. I reckon that old engine was doing well to be making 75-80hp so doubling that to 160 with the addition of short ratio 6 speed and lsd was a decent move Are the ss3's super strut? Really would like to drive a good ss equipped car, my trueno drove well but im positive it was bent haha

A lot of the corolla boys are using hybrid boxes. Taking the lsd and 6th gear from an mr2/s and using that to lower the 6th gear rpms. Apparently the diffs in them boxes are bigger than c52s but I've no proof of that on what I've read

If its coming apart completely which im assuming it is, as one of the bearings is between 4th and 5th, you need a good set of pullers. Its very easy to chip the edges of the teeth so a set that can get on the under side of the gear would be ideal. The other thing, take pictures of how it comes apart and take your time.

Thanks, its a alright daily thats for sure Problem is most cars are refined in stock form so never feel that quick, but i never worry about speed i just like something fun and thats what this is lol

Sr speedlines are 6" and run 195 so you could easily get 205 tyres on 7"
