  1. Haha would need a bit more than a 20v to get that thing moving! Id like to 4wd this but think it would then need boost haha
  2. Biggest problem they had was toyotas lack of marketing. If they sold the SR or G6R with the 20v in the Uk they would have been a much more popular car as they would have had the go to math the show. But toyota had the celica as there sports car and didnt want to ruin it by having a 1.6 the same speed lol
  3. Couple of things going on atm. Getting my spare set of speedlines coated gunmetal. Got a couple of companies pricing up for a new c.v joint for my halfshaft, the only place to get a c.v joint is toyota as part of a whole shaft for £500+, i can get a custom shaft made for £190ish to suit a Uk corolla c.v joint so might be going with this option. both this and my starlet will be running one once i get it sorted Fitting new bearings to both halfshaft carriers. Got a 2nd 20v head on the way so i can set the valve clearances, do stem seals and lap in valves before swapping over with a new hea
  4. Cool car these, not a fan of the gt4 wheels but its not my car lol Got any other plans for it?
  5. Stock optional wheel for e11 corolla
  6. The lexus. £400 for an 04 plate plus its rwd and its snowing lol
  7. That IS is a absolute bargain! Tbf give it a try its a 4 door and not overly sporty so might be alright
  8. My first car was an automatic 1.0l k11 micra, that thing was so much fun. Not much to go wrong with it and it had obscene amounts of body roll it was hilarious. Managed to get 100mph out of it a few times 😂 I still say e11 corolla. I thack the shit out of mine and its cost me pennies in 5 years of owning it.
  9. E11 corolla. Comfy, reliable, fun and loads of space for the size of car. Bug eyes have a 4efe or 4afe 1.6 Facelift have vvti engines which tend to burn oil.
  10. I dont im afraid, i just know they common in use with t-sports. Not sure how compatible they are as they use afm rather than map but its something to look at.
  11. If thats what it comes to, it wont be an over night thing as ill have to find time to get on the mill but can definitely to it. I could make a billet one if i had a chunk of material that size, that would be a bit more work as it would need drawing up on cad lol
  12. Not without some work. A couple have done it. I think this is the process: grind the welds off the stub axle flange to remove it from the beam, then i think drill out the beam to then bolt the flange back on. That then allows you to shim the stub axles to give you camber/toe adjustment. Only thing im not sure on is getting them back in the same place on both sides.
  13. Piggy backs generally dont look at sensors they just change the input or output signal itself, which means they are usually a universal item.
  14. I've had that issue with paypal, had to post some id and a bill with my address on it to them. Never trust anyone you haven't dealt with before, we've had a long serving member on here flip and do a runner before, it can just be down to a change of circumstance that leads them to do it, but bear in mind its very hard to screen Facebook with so much traffic. Which is why you should always send a payment as goods/services unless you either can afford to loose the money or can 100% trust who you're dealing with
  15. Welcome along, hopefully we can be of use to you
  16. Another the corolla tsport guys use is a det3
  17. They are welded on so cant be shimmed without fair a bit of work
  18. I could also cut them on one of our mills at work thinking about it. If you were to mark them up or give me an angle and post them to me i could do it for a bit beer money.
  19. I have got a 4age over my front wheels which might make a bit of difference to weight, plus i have a daily car with the same engine and Ps, which i enjoy how it feels and feeds back. Thats the reason i hate mine so much. I cut and looped the pipe that was there. Then put a longer one on as it had kinked up a bit but that made no difference to the feel.
  20. I looped the lines and hate it. Way to heavy for normal driving. Going to put a electric pump on as i cant fit a belt driven one with my engine.
  21. I've got a saw at work that could do it thinking about it but its not the best, tends to cut at a bit of an angle lol
