Tbh id be happy with a black or very near black backing. The grey just looks a bit odd on my car imo

No idea i just went into my local dealer and asked for a pair of glanza rear lenses. Was about £47 for both
-
Would need to space the disc out as a minimum and probably machine the disc down to around 260mm
-
Can get just the lense for about £20 from toyota

Mr2 turbo ones are the same. But if you look at 97-99 levin on fensport they have one or 2 listed

Emerald are based up on griston road industrial state mate, dont fit but can supply and map them and dave is the guy that designed them. Due to how local it is its worth swinging by and asking 👍
-
Could always get an emerald ecu next time you're back in watton... 😜

Pretty sure they are the same as MR2 turbo twinpots which are the same as levin pads. As for discs i dont know of many people using that exact setup but if its anything like the levin setup which id say it is. Its fairly common to use 1.7 astra discs with a spigot ring (think i can see them in the pic) and they are usually machined down to 260mm as they come as 277mm I think you can use 99-02 mr2 front discs i read somewhere recently

If you were to use one use a dti to find tdc on no1 with the stock setup, should be close to the head markings id assume? Either way, mark it down and replicate it with the adjustable one to be sure its the same

Thats some dedication lol, you know theres a few places local that corner weight and stuff? Either way i might be about unless i do what I gota do friday.

Other way round, Too much duration and the valve will be open longer, piston will go way down out the way of even 10+mm lift cams. But sometimes if you open too much you loose intake velocity and thats a whole other game haha I dont even know the beginnings of it all but theres loads to look at with high powered n/a, from combustion chamber shape, to piston spec and squish gap in chamber to cam specs and trumpet lengths blah blah blah haha
-
Custom ground ones, they're really hit and miss though as theres loads to them to get them right, need someone experienced to get the most from them or atleast a good amount of trial and error.
-
I've pm'd regarding the image hopefully will be updated soon lol
-
This is the one, just seen its in Ireland and is a insurance write off but didnt look much further than that
-
Cams and compression would be the next thing to look at, see if you can get a 0.5mm trd head gasket for 4efes. Itbs work best with high comp, well selected cams and tuned trumpet lengths, the trumpets can make or break power delivery.

Luck lol. You need crazy small hands. theres usually a clip on the back that breaks, iended up cable tying mine in place. I actually disconnect mine from the box so i can pull the clocks out to get to it.

Can you add some prices for either/both the car as a whole or some main items please.

I had a personal 1:2 tour around the lotus/caterham f1 facility when they were local to me, got to see what went into making all of there carbon wings/diffusers body sections nose cones etc. It took weeks of hand laying precision cut sections of carbon to a scripted assembly guide to create one product, and they usually had to make numberous copies because they had to be tested and destroyed to make sure they were safe etc. The surprising thing was how thick the main body was, was about 2-3" thick solid CF with some alloy inserts for mounting etc. All of which had to go into an enclave and b

My brothers got a 90s btcc carbon front lip/diffuser. He got it off ebay lol
