I just popped down a local scrappy and got mine lol
-
Noo the gt4 is the st205 with the 3sgte engine. You want the fwd 2.0l na celica carriers.
-
I got mine off a 97 st202 celica gt with the 3sge 2.0l engine.
-
My mirror isnt that big. I guess you could just leave the visors down or wear sunglasses lol
-
I had one. Never use it though as as soon as you pull a visor down it hits it.
-
Im sure i read somewhere that the red and green were made up differently chemically so if you were to use the other type to what your engine is designed it can damage/corrode/dry out seals etc prematurely. However i dont actually have any proof of this so could just be hear say.

I got a jdm y0! Sticker 😂 Got given it by a club called jdm y0! At Jae a few years back. I put it in my engine bay rather than having it on display though 😉

Get a few results on google searching recaro string headrest. So id go with that. Dont think they're hilux ones either as theyre fishnet.
-
Possibly a ep82 or hilux one.
-
Depends what you want it for, looks, handling, drag? I have mine so the wishbones are fairly level, this is supposed to be fairly good for handling as the geo and roll centers wont be too far off. Its probably in the region of 40-50mm from stock n/a but mine was an Sr so was lowered from factory
-
2" would be fine. 2.25" is the max id go on an n/a you might even loose a bit of mid range if you went too big
-
YOLO SWAGGINGS! Lolol Tbf I needed a bigger exhaust so cut it up and welded it to a custom system. I think theres far worse people out there who have just binned them!
-
Im pretty sure the Sr was only on the vvti engine, which is 1, plastic and 2 front facing so would never fit anyway lol
-
Most toyotas are stepped 54.1 wheel and 55mm disc. Older toyotas didn't have the step so disc and wheel were both 54.1 Mk1 gtturbos or atleast the early ones have the single size hub.
-
Look at everybody hoarding there tte boxes lol I paid £27 delivered for mine back in the day, then cut it up and just used the tail pipe on a custom system 😂😂
-
I dont im afraid. Im still running the oem one. You wont have a problem with stretching the cable as you're not increasing the tension at all. Unless you mean kinking it? In which case you might but youd have to go really long for that to happen
-
Longer distance between the pivot and the lower cable attachment. Makes for a shorter throw. If you can weld you can extend your one without too much trouble. I think the trd ones have a taller cradle so that it doesnt hit the floor pan but nothing a few washers wont fix
-
I think ms designs did one. Was a german or european manufacturer iirc, they did a full lip kit
-
Use celica st202 carriers on levin twin pots. Can then use the astra discs at 275mm might get away unskimmed on the outer diameter. Then do as 5e colin said with the rest
-
Have you measured your discs? Theres 2 different sizes for na's depending on what calipers you have. One version with carriers and another that is a solid caliper that bolts direct to the hub. Also you can upgrade carriers to turbo ones and then use turbo discs which are 256mm Carrier version is 238mm Solid version probably 229mm (not many cars about with these) Turbo is 256mm

I tried a ae111 hub up to my starlwt at that was miles off. Id be surprised the e12 was to fit, but will be interestinf to see if it does 👍

Stolen this from tgtt.com you are looking for the diagnostics socket, on a normal ep82 it sits on the rear right of the engine bay and has a plastic cap over it. Black box near nearside strut tower on ep91s i believe. to put the ecu into diag mode with the car off, first using a paper clip or similar you have to bridge out the TE1 and T1 connections. then turn the ignition on,don't start the engine. if there is a fault the ecu light flashes a number of times that will correspond to a fault code listed above eg 3 flashes, pause, 1 flash would indicate a code 31. If its a steady repeatin -
If the poly one is cast its probably just down to cost reductions. It will be thicker if cast as it wont be as strong so needs beefing up. Does it still fit ordo you need the lower mount to suit?
-
Hasnt it just had the paint taken off of it?

Could always check for ecu codes. See if anything else is flagged up. Can be done on your drive in 5 mins. A good service and check of all the simple things wont go a miss. Timing, compression check etc will let you know if anything else is wrong. The o2 sensor could cause over fueling which is something id consider replacing. The other thing that may cause it is the ecu coolant temp sensor, but usually this shows other more noticable symptoms first so wouldnt worry about that.
