This may not of caused the issue but I remember one time I forgot to put the pipe on from the inlet manifold to pcv valve and it done what's happening in the video

Count how many times the light flashes, then it will pause for a second or so then flash again how many times then you have your code number then report back on here mate

Thanks for the replies lads maybe I need to stop being so paranoid about things, have said this before in another post: Driving normal temps on the water gauge are around 82-86 degrees, I know that's normal, when in heavy traffic my water gauge goes to 99-100 degrees then the fan comes on and it will drop back down to about 92-93 degrees, The water gauge sensor is on the top rad hose, with adaptor, now I'm gonna be putting a twin core half rad on ASAP (have all bits already) I suppose I would like to just have my fan come on alittle earlier or is the top rad hose where it's at its hottest po

That seems spot on to me James (so you have your fpr set to 2 bar, with engine up to temp etc and your getting them figures?) just waiting on what Colin was saying there haha as this is exactly what readings I get on my wideband have an aem one
