Looks great on your motor mate!

Mud flaps don't come OEM to Glanzas. N/A ones wont fit and univeral ones look shit. Get the bumper sprayed up and get some Glanza arch liners.

If you have an EP82, its irrelivent what you are doing with the EP91 headlights No Glanzas were LHD, but there are few (very few) imported around the globe and converted to LHD. This is alot of money/time/parts/work but its do-able. That or buy a LHD starlet and change the bodywork to look like a glanza. Theres a way you can fiddle with the headlight adjustment mechanisms so they aim to the right hand side of the road instead of left aiming like the RHD models.

Would love to go fill up in there, go into the shop and state I am not paying £45, I will pay what my petrol adds to in 25p per litre. I have worked in retail and if the customer sees the item at that price, they pay that price.

Bugger It would be lovely to have them going up and down automatically. Might get one of the boys in the workshop to have a crack at it for me as they work on duel up and down windows on the VWs

Hey guys, one for the electrical wizzards we have with us.. The Paseo has electric windows and the drivers side goes down automatically with one push, but has to be manually held to wind up. I know Glanza windows go down and up automatically and one push/pull, and I want to do this for both the drivers and passengers side windows of my car. Is it as simple as getting a Glanza button and wiring it in or do I need both drivers and passengers motors to be able to accomplish this? Any help is much appreciated. Sam

There are several how to guides on here man, people with no electrical experience have managed them

Whip everything out.. Carpet, seats, doorcards, and then do the job and let them soak a little longer and then leave them outside on a hot day, air out and dry. Bootcarpets and any other material items may aswell go through the stages too. Our valeters do this kinda work at work, and its great stuff. Spray looooads on, then leave to soak, then hoover up, and then leave to dry for several hours, so that way its not damp in the car to give you a soggy butt.

Have you painted the injectors mate? Great progress too. You really need either colourcoded rear lip or carbon, and same again for the front lip too!

When Jim had it the car was broken into, they bent the door I believe, that or they bashed in the key lock, its in his build thread, but he had to replace the door so had to take them off. Would have been awesome if he had traced them and sent them to Luke (then again, Luke wasn't trading at this point) so they could be re-made. They were an uber JDM option which is both awesome and rare.

Insurance has gone up by alot since they got insured on those though hasn't it mate. Lets face the facts, its pot luck if you find an insurer who will insure you for less than the cars worth at your age. Get an N/A and boost that when your older.

Give it a wetvac Zac, then spray fabric freshener on the seats, carpet, headlining, doorcards etc etc. To do the carpet, remove the seats to get to it all. Deffo one of those Bags though, they are the win. How much do they go for? And as asked, why sitting for years?

Royal Snail Royal Fail It all goes down the same road, they are a joke.

Similar to masking paper that mobile body repair guys use? Actually I think bodyshops use it as well. If so then any auto factors on trading estates do it

On the lips and things, you can go down the route of the OEM Toyota stuff (either Cynos aero kit or the UK Spec kit).. these are found in the Catalogues in the Facts & Figures section. Other than that, there are Booster Tuning stuff from Germany, TTE front lip (rare!!) and then some big bodykits. Mayr tuning did a nice bodykit, as did Astina, but these are pretty rare. I'm off on a road trip to Germany at some point this year (if not next) so i'ma grab what I can from breakers.

As already said, check the fuel tank for rust, they tend to get holes toward the top of the tank, so so long as you don't fill it to the brim, alls fine. Again the burning oil, not seen many past 100k that don't burn oil, but if it has been thoroughly maintained throughout its life it shouldn't be too bad at all. The 150k miler I bought doesn't burn oil at all. Still original engine too. Check the rear arches for rust patches around the sill of the arch. You rub these down and they aren't rotted through yet, but don't leave them too long. Some have it, again it just depends on what kind of li
