  2. hey man when u have the money u could change the head gasket for a TRD thinner head gasket. it raises the compression and will give u more more power with out altering the fuelin or ecomony of the car in any major way....( some one feel free to correct this last statement if im wrong)
  3. hey man welcome to the site u can fit almost anything into a starlet if u have the money....... im not into the whole drifting in a big way but i think this site looks promising http://www.driftworks.com/ check out their forum section and it mite give u enough of an idea when applying it to your starlet

  10. ok i was doing some work to a spare rocker cover over the weekend,(grinding down the lines on the cover) getting it ready to paint, when i had a bit of a problem.... here's my work so far. i had tapped up all the plug holes and pcv hole was blocked when my old man went and took them off to have a look at it and afterwards i found some tiny metal dust particles in and around the plug holes ad pcv valve hole, i intended to washer the rocker cover very well before painting it my question is will the rocker now be safe to use, if the metal dust has gotten into the inner surfaces will the co

  14. firstly mate don't ever do 80 in a starlet with standard susprnsion. scary sh*te....... ive got koni shocks and tein springs and 15's and my car will only scrub when driving it on with people inside.

  16. hey mate i had this problem the contacts on the switch were rusted on mine....soldered a bit of wire on to bypass the rusty bit... works a treat now. either on off or or set to work with the door

  19. 2" diameter should be ok mate. i guess that u could start the new system at the connection at the manifold and go from there. u'd effectively get a decat in your system then also u would want to include a centre box/ silencer in the system to give u back pressure (necessary for n/a's) and to keep the noise bearable.

  21. ok man i got a 10 metre pack and ive only used half of it so far to wrap the pipe from the connection at the manifold down to the cat.... so a 10m pack should do the lot. as for the exhaust yeah u could get sumone to make up a system just use 2" diameter and u should be grand. also nice job so far.on the paint work

  24. icv would be idle control valve and i dont know where it could be in the starlet....if its even there.... best to use the original throttle body id say
