    Yeah I thought as much, speaking to a few other members and friends as they don't seem to ever have to empty theres so was just a little worried I was running to much pressure or something

    Mines setup with both breathers going to a catch can and then the catch can venting to atmosphere via a breather filter on top. It runs pretty good like this but I'm starting to think its the wrong way of doing things. Occasionally have to drain the catch tank which I don't think is meant to happen?

    Was gonna say get a replacement thermostat and re bleed it and see where that takes you.

    Yeah does sound like a actuator diaphragm could be on its way out. Ct based turbos are prone to having weak actuators.

    Hi mate I had problems with spongy brake pedal feel on my WMS kit, I couldn't get a good pedal feel because air was being stored in the top pockets of the calipers. I got round the problem by adding extra bleed nipples on each caliper so know I have one on the top and one on the bottom.

    I was struggling the most when I had full exhaust system, decat and front mounted filter the most. As far as I was aware the wastegate was fine.
