Mine passed MOT with flying colour yesterday with no cat and a TD04 Glanzas/Gts dont need a full emissions test. They can only have a non-cat test and they'll pass that easily unless you have serious engine problems.

I had a J Performance decat on my old CT9 set up. it lasted just over a year.

I could potentialy make it a non roller ball bearing for you. But it would all depend on what parts the turbos made up of, and whats available. Would still imagine it to cost a fair bit though (£500ish) Will be free to check it over for you though so if you need me to take a look and price it up let me know.
