Love this travs told me how nice it is speedlines really suit yours obviously I'm biased to a 1ao silver but they go together so well

Body work update The SR is finally making progress the outer arches arnt bad at all its the inners that needed work and the sill ends so joe cut out the outers to expose the inners no suprise there is a decent amount of rust out came the grinder and started to patch it starting at the lower points near the sills after going at it with a screw driver it fell away... Fortunately the sills are in decent condition but they are coming off to protect the inners and do the appropriate repairs it's a big project and is gonna take some time if anyone knows of some solid inners let me know if not Joe's gonna fabricate some new ones

A big project ahead but will all be worth it best of luck, I managed to get some replacement sills if you check out my thread there's some pictures of them

I've even got some proper pre recorded discs Mines the portable player I can hook it up to the cassette player with one of those cassette aux things They really shouldn't of flopped like they did

I loved the mini disc platform I've still got loads the recorder is long gone though just a player left

I do like your approach to this Claymore no silly stuff going on just a nice simple set of springs and wheels it really looks honest so many rough examples around now fair play to you

The journey around the country continues picked up a set of replacement glass as one of mine is badly scratched and since the glass is coming out for the respray may aswell replace them with a full set as they have age related marks on them also picked up a optional extra that compliments the oem head unit Passenger window is slow so also picked up a great condition replacement

Good call so much effort going into a car you randomly ended up with 🤝

Thanks lads the amount of driving up and down the country I've done is frightening Also got myself this fuel tank I can't express how immaculate it is its dust on the tank in the pictures unsure wether to fit it while the cars being done underneath or wait till the current one gives up the ghost Also the tte lip is back from being repaired at the fibre glass place and has been reinforced on the corners to aid fitting and add strength

Also some nice darker plastics very hard to get a full set inc the rear, boot compartment door sills glovebox basically a full set the parts he has up for sale arnt your usual rubbish and well cared for items

Picked up some nice oem mats of siwfc not the usual green colour but a really nice grey

I've seen this in person so can vouch for it honestly you won't find better

Spent yesterday evening collecting some mats blown away with the condition won't find a better set ended up buying a lot more than I went for everything was as new seriously if you see he has a part you need it's worth the journey priced very fairly genuine seller too many people getting silly with prices his items are worth his asking price Thanks

Yeah I got really lucky with the AC was the first SR looked at, at first I just assumed they all had ac after a few months I realised they didn't thank you regarding the offer of any other bits that's very kind Yeah I'm really looking forward to getting it back shame it will be over winter How's yours been running since its map

The second hand ac condenser arrived yesterday other than slight oxidation and spiders webs it's in great condition and at less than the 3rd of the price of a new one I'm really happy sometimes common sense takes priority and at 300 plus vat for a new one was a no brainer Another part ticked off the ever growing list
