The price difference is the length ones a full length the other is small section for patching I wouldn't hang about they seem to take forever to restock

They are still available I got some from Estonia in the summer shipping is extortionate
-
I'm gonna have to say silver suit it more but I would say that as that is what I'm running I've always wondered what white would look like on a silver SR
-

I've said it before and il say it again the effort you put into your thread is mind blowing, threads like this one will be looked back on time and time again for the information/guidance you give out to help others ๐ -
Absolutely great photos, black is definitely my fave colour in SR's and why on earth toyota did not put that lip on as standard is totally beyond me Lovely part of world great scenery up your way
-
Yeah jase attention to detail and commitment on this one is just as good as your old build
-
SR have a low fuel warning light aswell
-
Been over to the body shop today to drop some parts off to make the inner right quarter, not much to report really he's almost ready to get stuck into mine was working in a nice evo I'm in no massive rush so I've no issues with waiting as I want it to be perfect I've had a few people ask via pm where I'm at with it

Agree facebook has its place but the depth of the forums beats it hands down so there will always be a place for them shame more FB users don't contribute, in the last year been some good build threads pop up in the ep91 NA section aswell as the glanzas worth a look if it's been a while -

Still some of us around nowhere near how it used to be helpful bunch all the same it's the build threads that kept me around so il keep an eye on this one -
Sorry for late reply only just seen this! I've literally done nothing for mine other than find some oem mud flaps to replace mine literally 10mins away and some donor parts to fabricate the rear inner arches it's there at the minute they have just made a start cleaning off all underneath in prep nothing to exciting, I'm hoping to get over this week for some photos As for the wind deflectors I've never even seen them on a 5 door but I get your thinking regarding length

I'm really chuffed with the interior I was happy with the gt one and was going to get it retrimmed, then I got a message off trav asking if I'd like it just couldn't say no so the gt one is in storage for the time being its not as hugging at the gt ones but suits the car much better especially on the lowered rails they are just right
-
That's great with the decals I've got a couple of sets off ebay until they are on I have no idea what they will be like I may be in touch with you if mine look not to standard, Basically you probably have 2 of the most original silver SR's in the UK! Maybe keep using your black one for longer and keep them tucked up and when the day comes to retire it you have a choice then keep the black for spares, I've also got a gt interior and a 98spec and the gts are much more hugging they are so comfortable arnt they it's a tough one as your seats are in mint condition but as you know the gt sea
-
Look so much better now so simple to do aswell , are you getting any decals made up for this one I know I've said it before but such a great find also sounds like the best option taking the tte bits off the glanza rep
-
Yeah shame it's quiet if everyone on the Facebook pages logged on and commented just once a week I still feel this is the place for more depth info
-
They are sending pics I've asked them to as I want a folder of the resto from last June, they did the underside of my other car and sent progress all the way through
