  1. check the connectors on the distributor and ignition modules?
  2. give us a photo of your old caliper and we will be able to tell
  3. check if the cam gears have their dots alligned aswell? disregard, just saw you already did that I would replace the timing belt and set the timing correct according to the guides, it should work then
  4. Cilinder numbers go from 1 to 4 starting at the timing belt side
  5. Would you sell the Tein springs by themselves and ship overseas? Do you maybe also have an adjustable panhard?
  6. Maybe check if your MAP sensor has a bad ground or broken vacuum hose?
  7. Would get an ebay slim fan, have had mine for years
  8. Your colourcode will be on the identification plate on the firewall
  9. The way to do it is to loosen the 2 bolts which hold the distributor assy and rotate the entire thing. If you have it set about halfway it will be roughly correct, but the way to perfect it is to use a timing light
  10. As you mentioned your spark plugs were wet-looking I suspect the headgasket failed. These differences in compression will not be good for your engine in the long run even if it was running well If you feel like you are mechanically inclined enough I would replace the headgasket instead of doing an engine change
  11. Do the basics. Compression test. Timing. Did you touch the distributor? Got the correct plugs? Disconnected grounds or lose plugs (mapsensor??) Maybe just a piece of cloth you had blocking the intake got sucked in the intake?
  12. I have a short route pipe but still had to cut and modify it to make it fit.. will get a photo this evening
  13. I've got a ramhorn and fmic fitted..whats the problem exactly?
  14. I believe standard gt and glanza drive shafts are green..if yours is black it might have been replaced
  15. Fuse may be in the dash underneath the steering wheel but could also be bad wiring or ground
  16. it seems to be sitting very loosely in its bushings
  17. Is it plugged in on the gearbox? Try a different switch in that?
  18. what about the earth on the gearbox? sounds like a vacuum leak
  19. Zisco ramhorn You wont have any problems with cracking manifolds for a while, thats for sure. Should've polished it before fitting
  20. Interior parts.. but guess they are too big to post
  21. Good work Will you ship parts to the Netherlands?
